Always with a focus on the ‘customer’, Terri Cravens has over 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry and is a MBA School of Mortgage Banking graduate.  She has been a member of the Fannie Mae Customer Advisory Committee, Freddie Mac Default Advisory Group and the USFN. Prior to becoming a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, her expertise focused in all areas of loan servicing and workflow management. She ran a successful woman-owned enterprise for several years providing loan servicing vendor compliance / vendor management, and business development and management consulting.  These initiatives all lend support and background for her new role in mortgage loan origination where her focus is on providing a superior level of customer service!

Terri lives in the country on her ranch in north Texas.  She is active in her Church and enjoys spending time with her husband on their ranch raising horses and cattle, or competing with their Quarter Horses.
